From Carrier-bag to Website -my life in the art world

I've always lived an itinerant sort of life so even when I have documented my activities the evidence has usually gone missing; below is a listof what I've done in the last ten years to the best of my recollection, with links to pages of any relevant images and information I have found.

Art Education Studied Fine Art (painting) 1972 - 1977 at St Albans School of Art and Wolverhampton Faculty of Art and Design

Founded 'The Ding Dong Twist Club'at the beginning of the nineties as a vehicle for events, installations, performances and occasional publishing ventures. Not to mention cathartic nihilism.

Formed 'The Ken Ardley Playboys' - the first of the Brit-Art crop of rock bands - in 1993 with Paul Gorman and Graham Sutton (Ken Ardley) and then recruited fellow artist Patrick Brill (Bob Smith) at which point Paul promptly quit. The original line-up also included Adam Dant (Donald Parsnips) and Adam McKewan who were replaced by Graham Revell and Sandi Topich. The band has been recording and performing for the last eight years and a new album is on the horizon.
