Catering Concept

 

From time to time the Club is requested to help out by submitting proposals for artists projects. The idea below was put forward in response to such a request from Wes Martin. It can of course exist purely as a concept or a web page but if it exists as a meal we will inform you of the details.

 

 

To devise a four course meal using as many tinned ingredients as possible. Having purchased the necessary tins, the labels are removed and shuffled ( as are the tins). The labels are now re- attached at random and the meal is prepared.

 

Imagine a lasagne where the tinned tomatoes turned out to be grapefruit segments
